It's no accident that all real agile/scrum software development teams only persists in the absence of corporate attention. Such teams cannot survive under its exploitative/mechanistic/inhumane gaze. The corporate ideals of replaceable cogs and humans as resources are antithetical to agile/scrum and their inherent lack of static processes.
