And yes there are bad people in the kin community. I'm not going to try to whitewash us. BUT GUESS WHAT. All communities have bad people. All. Of. Them. There are terrible trans people. There are terrible gay people. There are terrible lots of other people. But like most groups, bad otherkin people are the exception.

The only bad thing we've done as a group is stay hidden for too long.

I really hope that instances take a stand against people mocking otherkin.

But given most people can't see past the end of their own nose and we're marginalised even by the marginalised, I doubt they will.

I don't even think these people have stopped to consider that they're just like those who oppress them.
