Cargill is a multinational commodities trader, mostly involved in food supply chains. They buy soy from the amazon and sell it to beef farmers who sell their cows to Cargill who sell the Amazon-fed beef to McDonalds. They supply a lot of household names: KFC, Nestle Nescafe and Tyson to name a few.

So the Iowa caucus results are further delayed because they never actually tested if the app was reporting caucus results correctly.
Wow, it's almost like that NPR article was clairvoyant about this exact literal thing happening and the Iowa DNC rep in that article lied about there being backup plans.
