So, like... If anyone does have any Nintendo Switch game recs that AREN'T dating / visual novels, or otherwise have no romance, please feel free to shoot 'em my way.
list of games I do have for it: Pokemon Shield, Animal Crossing New Horizons, DOOM 3, DDADDS, The Outer Worlds. And one of those Zelda remakes... I forget what its called. I also have the AC4 Black Flag/ Rogue bundle.
I'unno. I used to really love Nintendo stuff, but all of a sudden with the Switch? I just... dunno. Every game that I like is either not available on the Switch or just cheaper/easier for me to get on PS4.
i only have a few games I bought for it, one that was gifted to me that I didn't like a whole lot. I just... I feel like I'm one of the few people who feel like it's a very forgettable system
i wanna play stellaris SOOOO baaaddddd. but i don't have a pc. i have a chromebook! and appurrantly the ps4 version isn't updated like the steam version is, which is a huge shame. there have been talks about getting the console versions up to date with the steam version but not sure if that will actually ever come to fruition.
and not clickbaity stuff either. Shiey is cool cause he does some real content, his music is also nice too. i love watching his videos, he gives me a huge sense of wanderlust
i know that lately things may seem stressful, but even if we might not all be friends, i appreciate seeing folks who've been posting on the timelines. y'all are cool people.
specifically the current demographic seems to be teens/young adults writing fic about like.......... hogwarts and werewolves and fantasy stuff in general
obviously the stuff everyone knows is bad isn't allowed. but it's mostly a haven right now for young'uns and literally almost everyone i was friends with no longer even uses quotev and i had a LOT of friends on there
they actually wound up changing their rules on what kind of content is & isn't allowed which i feel like would make it a decent competitor to wattpad and/or ao3 if people actually, like, wanted to use it
