Oh snap Provenance (the newest book by Anne Leckie, set in the Ancillary universe) dropped today! :D

I'm so used to trans women being used as punchlines in tv that this episode of Elementary really caught me off-guard by not being shit to a trans character.

It's... okay, but the association between tv and transphobia is *so strong* that I still feel a bit thrown :/

I saw someone play ten minutes of Nier:Automata Friday and the music and art direction immediately made me want to get it. That's a rare thing. I'll probably wait until I have income and a better graphics card though.
