Per @Lioness, I have been thinking that some of this is indeed "How do I run group events" stuff, yeah, that covers like half of my points there, but there's some pretty particular pagan concerns in there too.
Still, if anyone has any resources they might suggest, even for 'how do I do group events' more broadly, I'd be interested.
And if anyone has any personal experience with this... Maybe we should all put our heads together?

What I wish I knew more about doesn't really have anything to do with specifics of belief or cosmology, it's more like:
- How do I do logistics/prep without losing my mind
- How do I know how much to involve other folks in ritual actions
- How do I address potential attendee interpersonal concerns
- How do I allow for varying levels of participation in general, when I'm not sure how much some folks want to involve themselves in e.g. ecstatic practice?
I get the sense that somewhere in the wilds of the internet, there must be a place to discuss "How do I do a good job at running eclectic pagan rituals" and I wish I knew where to find it.
Then I think a bit more about the reasons I never joined up with any pagan groups myself before, and think maybe I'm better off finding my own path with this.
Still, it seems like there are some basic principles that would be good to know, that I worry I'm not getting. Anyone have any thoughts?
Sadly, I think the only way this is stable longterm is if the moon is tidally locked, which means 1 month = 1 day.
ED: You see a well groomed garden. In the middle, on a small hill, you see a gazebo.
ERIC: A gazebo? What color is it?
ED: (Pause) It's white, Eric.
ERIC: How far away is it?
ED: About 50 yards.
ERIC: How big is it?
ED: (Pause) It's about 30 ft across, 15 ft high, with a pointed top.
ERIC: I use my sword to detect good on it.
ED: It's not good, Eric. It's a gazebo.
I've had this explained to me verbally a couple of times and I've always been ??? but the instant I saw the picture it made perfect sense.
