So like I didn't wanna make a begpost cause we're mostly fine but we just had a tire on the car go flat, we had to replace the water pump and other shit on the car, I still need to prepare for a move, and now I need an emergency root canal I tried to put off but made itself known in the form of extreme pain.

i'm of the opinion that most cities i have been in need to be completely torn down and re-conceived from the ground up. i know that would be a tremendous undertaking and the "history" crowd would throw an absolute tantrum about it though. plus you'd never get landlords and homeowners on board and they're the ones who own the properties! 🤷
