(1/x) Another just-for-myself (or is it?) UI mod to a PICO-8 game: I recently went through the BBS to play every tactical RPG I could find (not many, given pico8's constraints), and found Kingslayers from 2015.
I prefer the tactical play in games where you know and can plan turns around key unit stats (HP/move/dmg), so I peeked at the game's source code. Then I figured-- hey, I could add that as a quick in-game overlay. That led me down a rabbit hole of mods (more to come...):

Hi! I just got put on leave at work for 24/7 vertigo that doesn't show any sign of turning off.
I don't have any disability leave able to cover this time unless it ends up being over 3 months of time off. So I don't have any income right now. for AT LEAST 3 weeks.
so, with all of my basic bills put together that's about $1700 for all of my bills (rent/car payment/utilities) and some food costs.
