(1/x) Another just-for-myself (or is it?) UI mod to a PICO-8 game: I recently went through the BBS to play every tactical RPG I could find (not many, given pico8's constraints), and found Kingslayers from 2015.

I prefer the tactical play in games where you know and can plan turns around key unit stats (HP/move/dmg), so I peeked at the game's source code. Then I figured-- hey, I could add that as a quick in-game overlay. That led me down a rabbit hole of mods (more to come...):
