im just tired of the internet tbh
during the classic SMiLE.dk song Butterfly, it is reported that "green, black, and blue are the colors in the sky"
from this we can conclude that the song takes place during or shortly before a severe thunderstorm that may produce hail or tornadoes. any nearby butterflies and samurai should seek shelter immediately
i guess mario maker kiiinda counts. but like, nintendo isn't gonna produce any new classic sprite art anymore. that makes me sad in a weird way
even the ones that are remakes of older games - samus returns, pokémon let's go - are in 3d now. i wonder when it happened

genuine question (out of curiosity, not necessarily a desire to actually do this): what is the policy for using Tux the penguin as a cameo in a video game? do i need to credit someone explicitly - if so, whom? do i need to buy a license or pay someone royalties? does the game need to be FOSS? (doubtless it'd be considered bad form for the game not to at least have a Linux port)
(the least realistic part of this post is the premise that i'll ever finish anything)
