@starfall 8 hours a day 5 days a week is a lot!! I really hate that it's seen as "normal" because that's pretty much half of most people's waking hours for the majority of the week! That's a lot!

don't forget disabled folks in your revolutionary fantasies
(and let's be real, even temporarily-abled folks can't sustain a 40 hour week by themselves. maintaining continued existence takes labor too, and you can't do that if you're physically or mentally exhausted after an 8 hour work day.)
small clarification to this question: i'm making a natural-ish artlang for a fantasy setting, so considerations that would benefit auxlangs may not be quite as appropriate - i'd like it to feel more realistic and less constructed if possible
but really any advice helps

They do most episodes in English but some in Arabic and I'm excited to practice my Arabic and hopefully learn some queer words in Arabic
