it is time to put liquids into your mouth-hole, thanks.

Like I get capitalism makes us "need" money. But kids, please...get the idea that money has any real** value out of your head.

If you don't believe me, read "Debt" by David Graeber. Shit will blow your mind.

Here y'all go: theanarchistlibrary.org/librar

**Money doesn't have any real value as in it doesn't have a ground basis to be something moral or something worthy of exchange. It obviously has relative value as debt and exchange have become so prominent we've been conditioned to see it as something of value and do shit like moralize it. It's what gives it the strength to purchase goods and services and be desired despite the nuclear level bullshit premise it exists on.

it turns out storage devices are a land of endless compromises and tradeoffs in a way that interacts poorly with my desire to get the best possible value for my money whenever i have to spend over a hundred dollars on something

Furry, EC, might be suggestive

#AROS Kitty holding the Boing Ball
Another furry FOSS OS mascot, love the 90s Furry energy she has

So I recently found out that you can sort of... Make your own models for OOT and MM? ... ... I may have to make Linkaniko happen now. XD

after a bit of research i figured i should clarify what im looking for

the non-nvme ssd is for a network file server, so i care about big storage, frequent reads, infrequent writes. not so much about ultra speed

hey friends. im shopping for computer parts for the first time ever - just internal hard drives, but it's still something i don't know a whole bunch about

i'm looking for two internal SSDs, one (but not both) of which NVMe

is there anything i should keep in mind while shopping? any common hard drive pitfalls to be wary of? tips for not buying the wrong thing or screwing up the installation?
