Suspending the need for financial aid (+++) - June 6
So things just got surreal all of a sudden. To be up front, I will not be asking for financial aid for the foreseeable future. I did not make mention of it before, because I did not know the details, but I have received an inheritance from a passing family member. Suffice to say, I do not feel comfortable asking for aid and I hope that I can start paying it forward in the near future.
I have a lot to think about.

okay, i think there's just something about the 3ds gb virtual console that doesn't like whatever lsdj does
if anyone else wants to run lsdj on their 3ds: i can run it using gameyob (a gb/c emulator for 3ds) just fine, and i suspect that retroarch will also work, so try that if the gb virtual console is giving you trouble
im wondering if maybe the version of the injector i got isnt good or something
are there any 3ds hacker wizards around? i wanted to make a cia of LSDJ so i could install it straight onto my 3ds home screen, and it installs okay, but when i try to run it i get an errdisp with code 0xc86044cd. im having trouble finding any info on that error code
if skibidi toilet happened in 2008, biser king would already be trying to capitalize on it by making a sequel song with a music video that makes painfully unfunny references to the meme

Those who spent their money on WeWork, NFTs, AI art, ads, surveillance and scalping _did not_ spend their money on literal nation-state type power and will therefore, eventually, be given a choice: Grant most of the surplus value to the actual rich by being acquired by them, or lose everything and be killed.
If you're trying to become rich by owning shit and you're not at the bare minimum becoming a landlord or something, you are (in crypto parlance) NGMI.

A thing that fucks w/ me is that new disruptive tech is increasingly positioned as "a thing that gets its value from the fact that it will be in your life whether you want it or not."
WeWork, NFTs, AI art, ads, surveillance, scalping. The sponsors of this technology are overtly cruel. They're not saying "you get to be a part of the future," they're saying "the future (that's us) is going to chop you up and eat you."
They're also mostly wrong. All the actual power (and hence the power to extract revenue) is held in the coercive social systems that already existed, like policing, which invisibly backs the value of every form of property.
