All the time. Then I notice, but even then I neither queue up music nor remove them, because I can't decide what I want to listen to, but know I *might* want to listen to *something*.

I had a Huawei smartwatch. Eventually found the notifications were too distracting and stopped turning it on or charging it, but I kept wearing it. (It was black--it looked cool and fit my aesthetic.)

Despite being an unpowered affectation, I could still feel phantom vibrations for weeks and would instinctively check it.

@Elizafox Drinking is my benzo-substitute as well. I wish I could still use them but...I got a bit carried away once before.

I became a different person on them, starting mixing with alcohol to potentiate the effects, and many of those nights were remembered only as a series of cut scenes between blackouts.
