NO I DO NOT HAVE A STATUS UPDATE FOR YOUR SORT OF CRITICAL (TO YOU, NOT ME) PROJECT. IT IS MONDAY MORNING AFTER A HOLIDAY. MY SHIFT STARTED 15 MINUTES AGO AND I'VE BEEN IN MEETINGS FOR AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES AND I HAVE ANOTHER MEETING IN 40 MINUTES!
YES I WILL BE WORKING ON IT LATER TODAY BUT IT IS LITERALLY EXACTLY WHERE I LEFT IT ON MIDNIGHT OF LAST WED WHERE I SPENT 4 HOURS AFTER WORK TRYING TO SORT IT OUT FOR YOU! FUCK OFF SO I CAN WORK!

2018 holiday calender was sent out with a "AND THIS YEAR YOU GET 3 Floating HOLIDAYS INSTEAD OF 2."
Oh... we get less core days off in 2018 compared to 2017... and I still get a whooping 12 days of pto.. but I still thinking about when I'd want to take time off next year.. not "Who care I won't be here next year" which was a little weird.. probably because previous jobs I've always worked holidays..
tbh Fogo de Chao is basically a dragon's dream... kobolds constantly bringing lots and lots of tasty meats... until you tell them to stop... and they just wander by teasingly with it and it smells soo good so you ate waaaaaay more than you should. :X
Maybe taking a dragon to a place were minions bring lots and lots of tasty meats to the table and don't stop until you tell them to... and then don't listen very well... when you tell them to was not a good idea.
I was defeated by meat faucet and now I'm paying the price.

Today in the life of storm dragoness... simple things that I have done many times and wrote runbooks and docs for are not working... and it is making these two emergency installs take way too long and there is no way I will finish them before I go on pto for my birthday... Also... being oncall and constantly harassed by pager duty is not helping either.
So glad I will be on PTO tomorrow... even if I'm still oncall until 7am.
Please send real life extraction team, I need exfil asap.

Strange facts: I read between 900-1200 pages of stuff a week... for fun I think. I wish I joking but I recently checked my kindle. In between that I pretend to be Ops Person and wing my way through it. Oh and somewhere there are games on a screen.. and tabletop stuff.
