re: Death, crying, cat
I'm half crying because he's okay, and half crying because the other little one isn't, and I just know someone's going to be waiting for him to come home tonight and it's never going to happen. >.<
Death, crying, cat
Sobbing myself asleep, apparently, because someone hit a cat near the mailboxes. Was almost sure he was Baby Hank (the neighbor's cat), and made myself go check because I love him so much. I got to the point of knocking on their door to make sure he was safe inside, or telling them the worst, and he ended up being okay, and right in front of the door. >.<
Don't forget to take care of the beacons of happiness in your community.
And the people who are there to cheer you up.
And the people who are there to listen to your ill.
They do need care too, but are often forgotten or overlooked, because they seem happy/strong/good. Truth is, they have their own struggles and if you don't take care if them, they are gone, eventually.
Your Cerberus Boyfriend has a terrible poker face. His left head usually gives away when he likes something, giving a canine grin. The right shooting a glare and the middle rolling its eyes at the antics. Even when he does reel this end, his windmill of a tail is a giveaway.
Your Cerberus Boyfriend insists he is not a dog, but these arguments are made slightly shaky by the way he sometimes kicks and pants in his sleep. Sometimes he whines until you stroke him, each head whining when it is not pet. Keeping up is a challenge, but you don't mind.
After a while, you ask your Cerberus Boyfriend about myths. He thinks for a moment before answering. He says that perhaps there was once a single Cerberus, under the world, alone in the dark. He likes to think they came up to find connection, love. In which case they succeeded.
