Minor Injury, TMI, I'm a dummy (-)
@Phorm The voice of"can't see the wound but concerned" would like to point out that of the wound goes bad you'll be at the hospital longer.
Seriously if that flap you're talking about is anything other than a small bit of loose skin ER is probably a good idea. Maybe call a nurse line and ask them?

It's stopped bleeding, I think, and honestly I'm not entirely sure how big it is because I'm sort of afraid to look. But maybe it is worth a call to the nurse.

@Phorm You posted that 30 minutes ago. I would call the nurse regardless, and if it's still bleeding when you take pressure of 100% call them and go if you can't get ahold of anyone.
If nothing else you may need a tetanus booster.

Just called the advice nurse, and she was super helpful. Said that I'm up to date with my tetanus shots, and that the cut is so small they wouldn't do anything to stitch it closed. She said that keeping it clean and dressed is the proper thing to do, and she thinks it's going to be fine, but that I should monitor it for signs of infection just in case.
Thanks much for your advice <3 I feel a lot better after talking to the nurse.

@Phorm I am glad you're ok. it's hard to interpret how bad "flap" actually was >.>

I'll confess it was hard for me to even know myself. I didn't really have the stomach to look at it much, but I saw it separate when I initially washed the wound, and I knew it got in there deeper than I would have liked. I did take the bandage off and take pcitures, though. Those helped to get a better sense of it.
I very well could still develop a problem in time. Feels like my whole hand is going cold. But that's probably just the paranoia talking, as it is, actually, just freaking cold out.
Honestly, thank you for your advice and for being concerned, too. I wouldn't have called the nurse otherwise. I genuinely appreciate it.

@Phorm (also fwiw I had I spend ~7 hours in the ER recently and it was fine)
