I don't know how to deal with these sinus headaches
Today has ranged from "annoying background headache" to "I do not want to move cause everything hurts too much" and I don't know what to do
Like most of my days at this point are defined by trying to deal with how much my head hurts
The first doctor's appointment i could get is in a fucking month
I don't know what to do anymore I'm so tired of being in pain ugh. Genuinely looking for advice cause I'm out of ideas because it's hard to think of ideas while in pain
@junebug Where are you located? In the US this is the kind of thing urgent care (not emergency) is for; they take walk ins.
@junebug also worth checking your E levels...if those get out of wack sinus problems can result.
@Doephin lol i HAVE had my e levels too high for a bit now lololol
@junebug I'd still get checked out medically but maybe work on getting those to the better range as a start!
@Doephin i might hnonestly idk what to do anymore. i've been to my doctor twice and gotten a steroid and an antibiotic and nothin helped
