always fun to come home to minor emergencies you can’t really do much about.
my building got pressure cleaned & there was a fair bit of liquid that leaked inside. not a huge issue, but somehow it fried an unplugged air conditioner and tripped the breakers? wtf?
all seems fine now, but it points to gremlins in the wiring - something i can’t really do anything about. but hey, property manager is sorting a sparkie, so… fingers crossed this isnt a huge pain in my admittedly huge butt.
@Leviamicky I hope it leaked through the window. We had that done to our rental once and they straight up put a hole in the wall.
@Leviamicky that's a relief. Frying an unplugged appliance is still very impressive though!
