I really really hate this >.<
Our insurance requires that we use one specific pharmacy, which is a mail-order pharmacy. We have extreme difficulty mailing in prescriptions because of one time when we sent the prescription too early (it's a controlled substance so there are restrictions on when they can fill prescriptions) they said they'd hold the prescription until they could fill it, then they promptly lost the prescription and later told us they aren't allowed to hold them

so we have no idea what happened to that prescription but now we're terrified of sending it in too early because what if that happens again
but this leads to us always sending it in too _late_ instead, meaning we run out of medicine for several days each time it's time for a refill and that's always very stressful
