people forget the boktai series exists but let me just say it's a great series
and has some really well-designed block pushing puzzles, too (generally block pushing puzzles are either too convoluted and overwhelming, or too simple to even count as puzzles) and manages to make them not too terribly repetitive either
okay I take that back these ice block puzzles are frustrating as hell

Ice block puzzles can usually be solved with creative use of flamethrowers.
@JulieSqveakaroo not when you need the ice to make a bridge! (you do actually have the option to melt an ice block in this game, and that's part of the solution in some of the puzzles)
I played the very first Boktai on a real cartridge and everything! It's one of those things i lost to Australia. I'm still kinda sad about it.
@Edelwood We have both of the first two on cartridge! But the batteries are dead and so the clocks don't work anymore.
