@starkatt I have no idea how to properly specify heat pipes, I'm looking at liquid cooling right now

If you know how to do heat pipes (particularly for IGBT modules) please, bestow upon us your wisdom

@starkatt (it's not an IGBT module but it's a SiC MOSFET module in a standard IGBT module package)
