I'm pretty sure Steiner and Amarant are the only human party members in that game, though Eiko, Dagger, and Zidane all _look_ human at first glance
Vivi's a black mage, which are sort of robots/magical constructs in this setting, Zidane is a Terran, Eiko and Dagger are both summoners (a distinct species from human in this setting), Freya's a burmecian (anthro rat, basically), Quina is a Qu (who knows what they are)
I'm not really so sure that Amarant is human, either
Oh, Beatrix is another human who is a temporary party member (and disappointingly temporary at that, she's a very well written character who I wish had more of a chance to have her story told)
