@Felthry i think mupdf and zathura are both pretty good linux pdf viewers you should also probably be able to view pdfs in both chrome and firefox, tho it doesn't like to actually work with already downloaded files ime (i think a file:// uri makes it work usually?) not sure about on windows, i use sumatrapdf but don't take that as an endorsement of it
