there are students getting units wrong left and right, including multiple students writing the B-H loop area (dimensions of [magnetic flux density] [electric current] [length]⁻¹) in units of cm²
i don't know how to express to people that this is not the right way to treat units
units are something you do math to too, you can't just leave them off and then stick on the units you expect at the end
we're not alone in this right?? we're not the only ones who conceptualize dimensionful quantities like this, right?
