you get both first- and third-person video games (and the odd second-person game primarily made around the idea "a second-person video game would be kinda neat and weird")
but all movies seem to be third-person
someone should make a first-person movie sometime
@Felthry "The Blair Witch Project" was first-person. I think "Cloverfield" (if that's the right name) was as well, but I haven't seen it so I don't know for sure. it's a much more challenging way to make a movie than it is to write a story.
