The riichi mahjong game in clubhouse games has some UI elements that are unexplained, I believe because they assumed they would be well-known to the people playing the game. Could someone who does know something about riichi mahjong explain these elements? An explanation of how the scoring works would also be appreciated.

Ok.
Scoring in mahjong is the most complicated part of the game, I'm afraid, because there are so many different regional and cultural variations of the game.
Auspicious Winds means you have a trio (or qvad) of the wind of the current round, and is worth 1 bonus point (han).
I'm seeing 1 point for winning, 1 point for the pair of 9-script (the terminal numbers 1 and 9 of any suit are worth points), and 1 point for the winds (trios of winds or dragons are usually 1 point a piece). That makes your 4 han.
@JulieSqveakaroo Sure, but then the actual points it distributes are different from that. It looks like it's 1000 points per han, but then there's additional points and it's not clear what those come from.

@JulieSqveakaroo That still wouldn't get me fractions of a han, though. -R
@Felthry
I'm afraid I don't know, then...
