@Felthry After some mild research, it looks like there's no official term for non-binary as a gender. Most of the words they have are loan words, and will probably take some explanation to native speakers.

@Felthry I'm not sure there's an official word for it, since I'm not sure whether Japan is as open to the idea of enbies as we are.
If I had to guess... Shounin? (少人)
"Shou" (少) means young in this case. "Nen" (年) is written with the kanji for "year", but defaults to boy. "Jo" (女) is the kanji for "girl". "Nin" (人) can be "human", with no immediate gender implications.
This leaves some room for improvement, particularly among therians, but it's as accurate as I can manage right now.
