I feel like ferrets, weasels, otters, etc pass really well as centaurs because realistically you could slap an extra pair of legs on any mustelid and I’d be like “yeah that looks right”

a ttrpg setting we looked into once had a species of eight-limbed weasel, which we took as inspiration for a number of character designs, including the whole Akʔana species

@TalonTide I don't remember if the ones that inspired them are this way, but the akʔana can also use any of their limbs as either arms or legs, depending on need, which i think is also an arrangement that mustelids are just kind of perfect for?
