non-vegan food nomenclature question (unserious)

In the United States, there's a popular breakfast dish made with sliced bread and eggs by:

- cutting a circle out of a slice of bread,
- placing the bread into a pan,
- cracking an egg into the hole, and
- letting the bread toast as the egg is cooked

Optionally but commonly, the circles of bread are toasted in the same pan and served alongside.

If you are familiar with this dish, what do you call it?

@Felthry Extremely valid! We like it - we find the bread is a nice level of toasted when the eggs are a nice level of cooked.
