If I had to sum this up, I’d say: Terrana tries to write dungeoncore fic and ends up instead with a touching story about trust, consent, transformation, and idealism.

Feel free to ask any questions you like, but bear in mind that there are some details I may simply never have bothered to fill in. I did have quite a bit of background to work from, though!
For example! Mononyms are the norm. Family names never came up in Dragon Cave because almost no one has them. If there are two people with the same name in a given group, they'll usually have a context-appropriate adjective applied.
