Awoo.space is a Mastodon instance where members can rely on a team of moderators to help resolve conflict, and limits federation with other instances using a specific access list to minimize abuse.
While mature content is allowed here, we strongly believe in being able to choose to engage with content on your own terms, so please make sure to put mature and potentially sensitive content behind the CW feature with enough description that people know what it's about.

same chat where we were accused of gatekeeping for pointing out that a word someone used is probably a case of cultural appropriation had
- the same person attacking us again for the same thing (the same event even, not another case of it)
- someone else attacking us for saying that we were unaware of a problem, claiming that we were making excuses for not doing anything about the problem
- that same someone else attacking us and other people left and right for being "america-centric", despite literally nothing anyone had said having anything to do with the US or any other country
and then that's on top of the increasingly bad burnout and we're just tired
