dysphoria

had a therapist who told me like "i had a client once who was an acid attack victim and you seem to be going through similar problems with dysphoria"

considering how much of my day-to-day is "how can i avoid people seeing my face" i guess it's hard to really deny that actually

dysphoria

feels narcissistic to suggest that i have dysphoria that's worse than most people but i also don't know many people who have it bad enough that they literally can't physically move sometimes
