@lorxus @cryptovexillologist I'd be interested to know what the hell their definition of the roman empire would be. Does the holy roman empire count? Does the ottoman empire count? What about all the bits that were undeniably part of the roman empire but not in europe? Having Egypt and Tunisia in the *European* Union would probably be a little strange.
