if you're wondering what kinks that was about yesterday, by the way (cw for mention of potentially disturbing kinks)

@tabitha@chitter.xyz some very particular sorts of gore (specifically when it's non-harmful but you can just like, take out and play with your heart or liver or brain or whatever, usually through modularity but also through being so multi-bodied that individual bodies are disposable), as well as eyes. i just have a Thing for eyes

in the latter case, i think about this sort of look a lot: furaffinity.net/view/31947599/ (robot with neat eye setup) and i love the idea of an organic version of that

@Felthry @tabitha This seems like it could be fun. I might be thinking of this more as cartoony gleeful-horror than you are but I'd think some of the joy of this is the playing.

@Austin_Dern @tabitha@chitter.xyz no i mean it pretty much exactly the way you're thinking, but less even be-quotation-mark-ed "horror"; just as a Thing You Can Do

@Felthry @tabitha That's particularly nice, yes. Could be great, like, to have a character pop their heart out and hold it up to their ear, the better to listen to it, without having it have to be a toony Frankenstein or something.
