Did some sketches at work including a new design for Xana that I really like and some versions of the Hilbert Multiferret. A normal ferret can easily bend into a U shape, so call that the level-1 curve. 4 steps, with the first and last being the head and tail. The next step up would fill a 4×4 square, so that means 28 legs total (head, tail, and 2 legs for each of the 14 other segments). Then 8×8 gives it 124 legs total, and so on.
