i would very much like to know what on earth went wrong with this power supply we made that it blew a transistor like five times and now is just not working at all

oh yeah update on this we figured out why it broke, it was a cold solder joint that meant a 50 mΩ current sense resistor was actually measuring about 350 kΩ
