@Felthry Unless it's a shared transceiver spec across that manufacturer's products, akin to how Logitech has one transceiver dongle type for all their wireless gear, I doubt it. Might be worth contacting the manufacturer all the same, though.
@LexYeen it is logitech branded
-F
@Felthry Huh! Well, you might be able to source a replacement transceiver then!
@LexYeen Is there any way we can get one today, or is that the kind of thing you have to order online? i would love if we could just go to the local supermarket's electronics department and get one
-F
@Felthry Unfortunately, I don't know how readily available such things are in brick-and-mortar stores, as I don't do much shopping in such places.
That said, they're typically in the US$15-25 range, and Logitech is apparently happy to sell spare parts directly. Here's their page for that: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025903194--Spare-Parts
@LexYeen ...$15 is what we paid for the whole keyboard and mouse set
-F
@LexYeen oh, and they say "therea re no spare parts available for this product", so i guess we're out of luck
-F
@Felthry Eugh. Well, there's always the ebay/amazon gamble, I guess? ![]()
@LexYeen we've had like five other logitech mice in the past, is there any way one of the receivers from those could work?
-F
@LexYeen sorry, i realize you probably don't know, i shouldn't be asking you to be customer support
