@Dex It's generally not hard to get geographical location to the resolution of a postcode just from your IP address, though, unless you use some method of disguising your IP. It may not have been a data breach.

@Felthry My ISP tends to bundle connections together so my external IP usually appears as if it’s coming from a city that I’m not in.

(This email also had my legal name in it so with three connected pieces of data including email address, I’m willing to say breach)

@Dex Ah, then yes, that sounds like they got your information from some other way.
