Memorandum of Understanding, a powerfully cursed semantivore capable of consuming all ability to understand any nouns mentioned among all the people named in the memorandum, replacing all comprehension with ever-longer meetings debating ever-finer points that the participants are now not understanding. Fortunately it is almost impossible to *complete* creation of this object owing to the need to explain just what is and isn't covered by the memorandum.

Also in writing this I did a quick check to see if 'semantovore' or 'semantivore' was the better spelling and learned there's a word 'semanticore', which I choose to believe is either a kind of indie music about definitions or a sphinx-like creature with a poison-pen tail.
