@Felthry they are different things but depending on what you are able to experience at that size you would experience some noticeable delay between what you are seeing and what is actually happening respective to each individual perception. This gets more pronounced the smaller you get as I am to understand it.
@oceanotter do you have some other information on that? because our understanding is that "time dilation" refers specifically to the relativistic effect that happens at very *large* sizes and energy scales, not very small ones

@Felthry I keeo getting conflicting ideas of small scale interactions. Would a person move as quickly as we see them move even at a small size. Apparently yes which like... A little terrifying
