I need to track down a service manual for a Sony trinitron kv-27fs120. Convergence on mine is slightly off and there's some caps I need to replace undoubtedly but the phosphers are in excellent condition still and color is quite good.
That or dump it. I have a fine 14 inch Toshiba in better condition and it's lighter at least. I just can't seem to let it go though. I got it for free so it's worth at least a tinker.
I wish I knew some locals who are into retro electronics. I've cut my teeth alone on countless projects but I just don't have the resources I need to handle most jobs by myself.
