OK, severe thunderstorm warning until 9:45 with possibility of winds up to 80 mph just came up on my phone. Also, turns out my phone gives me emergency weather alerts.
OK not sure if that's the tornado siren or the dam-has-broken siren. We're not under a tornado warning but I thought the dam-has-broken also included hollering voice instructions.

@Felthry They test the tornado siren every month in summer, and the dam-has-broken sign once a year. This doesn't sound quite like either.
