@Felthry The misleading bit I see here is people treating gluten like a diet component rather than a serious issue for an autoimmune disorder--but that's not on the restaurant.

@Edelwood Mostly the juxtaposition of the excited "Of course!" followed by slowly breaking the news that they can't actually guarantee it'll be safe.
