@FragileVal oof. I mean, in general, I'd rather fight Goku head/Garf body bc I think the other option, Garf's pure bastard personality with Goku's raw power could lead to unfathomable destruction and despair.

If, on the other hand, the "befriend after a bigger threat arrives" trope is set in stone, there's nothing to fear and Garf head/Goku body is p. much the most powerful being imaginable and a good ally as long as you fuck w/ lasagna.

@tom thinking on it... Garf head/Goku body has immense initial power, more than a full goku, but would lead eventually to a languishing body as Garf fails to keep up Goku's strict training regimen. Goku Head/Garf Body would be a pushover at first, but the rematch that eventually comes...
