PSA: if you ever play a game I made and find a mimic in it, you should immediately and openly be suspicious, as I hold mimics to be the literal worst part of every game they are in, and the only concievable reason I would ever use them would be to distract from some other flaw that might otherwise be the weakest part of my game.
@OchotonidKnight The thing about designing traps in dungeons is that an important element of a trap would be some sort of logical indication that would reasonably be able to signpost it. Mimic chests rarely have any indication of such, so it's just a "fuck you" for being unlucky.
