@Gumby if a foreskin is literally swelling up to the point it looks like it's a mini doughnut you get at the county fair (look, I *will* remember Places damnit) that's probably a medical problem, so yeah likely painful.

and yeah if it's tied off so internal pressure builds up it makes sense that would hurt too - thin skin full of nerve endings plus pressure equals

@LexYeen @Gumby As someone who has had to have a medically necessary circumcision due to developing phimosis, this gives me a lot of phantom pain. ow.
