Couldn't someone make a screen reader that parses Unicode fancy text as though it were plain text?
Like, 𝒫𝒾𝓃𝓀 is clearly the word pink. If there's a reason it reads as 'letter 1d4 a p, letter 1d4 b e, letter 1d4 c 3, letter 1d4 c 0' in espeak then let there be a mode that someone can toggle to just have it read as 'Pink'
