In an alternate universe, Kilroy was a rather infamous jewel thief, operating under the pseudonym Houdini! He scopes out potential targets during the day, then after hours he'll cover up his body and eyes, use his unheard-of abilities to teleport into areas without surveillance or normal points of entry like a bathroom or utility closet, nab the shiny, retreat back to his point of entry, and teleport out! His telekinetic ability allows him to manipulate objects without touching them!

It took a long time for anyone to figure out how he does it. He did eventually get caught (and arrested, though it took them 3 attempts before they got smart and kept him heavily sedated to keep him from teleporting away. He still managed to escape from his cell when someone forgot to keep him sedated a few months later.) To this day though, nobody knows where he keeps his collection of jewels; they remain quite hidden deep in a section of cave with its only entry point long since buried under 15 tons of rocks. It is now only accessible via teleportation
