nobody asked and I'm now trying to chill out from the stress spike here's my opinion on Jurassic Movies so far;

JP. The best one, tbh. Features great effects work, cinematography, characters actually develop and change. Add a then-new take on dinosaurs and it's groundbreaking.

Lost World. A mix of brilliance (the long grass scene, actually having herbivores as a credible threat) with profoundly DUMB (the end in San Diego and suddenly everything being just great). Features main characters who have exactly no clue about surviving anything.

JPIII. Sexually dimorphic 'raptors, then excitingly brand new Spinosaurus, and an Apocalypse Now styled trip down the river are the best things about this one. But it starts out actively BORING, and the feel good send-in-the-troops ending loses me. The worst one of the series imho.

Jurassic World. Works great as a silly, dinos escape and start killing people movie. I liked it. The best part was honestly how it winds up being a semi-scientific-monster movie take on Blackfish, don't do this to captive animals.

Fallen Kingdom. Even goofier fun, further and further removed from "getting to see dinosaurs." The chase through stately Wayne Manor aspect was particularly dumb and fun.
